  • Eva Mohauptová

    Eva, an experienced and dedicated mentor, has been certified through PCC, ACTC and ITCA which have enabled her to guide companies, teams, and individuals through deep changes.

    The author of several books on team building, she combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience across diverse sectors including IT, manufacturing, and non-profit organisations such as Škoda Auto and Siemens among others.

    The founder and managing director of Akademie Libchavy, Zdeněk is committed to transformational coaching and personal development. Specializing in leadership, conflict resolution and stress management.

    He has more than 15 years of experience in TOP management and successful entrepreneurship. In that time, he has conducted over 3500 hours of individual coaching and team workshops to help an array of major companies.

Who is this course for?

Our Executive Leadership Program is built from the ground up for business leaders (such as business owners, company directors, or senior executives) who are committed to transforming their lives and careers through the development of personal and interpersonal skills. This course is offered in English, Czech, and Slovak.

This prestigious 8-month program has been one of our top offerings since we launched it in 2007 in Akademie Libchavy. This course is a unique blend of training that focuses on executives' unique needs by encompassing heart, body, and mind to create long-lasting and effective holistic solutions.

Over the course, we’ll focus on three levels; professional, personal, and interpersonal skills. We aim to teach unique and effective ways of approaching and dealing with a wide range of situations and issues that are common to any executive environment.

Our Cognitive Modelling Program is a group course primarily intended for company founders, owners, investors, directors, and heads of major departments, as well as HR professionals who are seeking a new path to self-improvement. This course is offered in English, Czech, and Slovak.

In our Cognitive Modelling program, you’ll learn systemic thinking to help you address recurring issues and hidden obstacles. Cognitive modelling allows us to simplify complex problems and promote a more holistic mindset in our professional and private lives. By learning to view topics through both internal and external lenses, we can foster a new and valuable approach to personal growth and development.
